I'm REALLY looking forward to Phury's book:) Books that are released at the end of the month are considered the next month releases... weird, eh?
Don't know if any of these are up your alley, but here's what's on my reading list (that you haven't mentioned):

5/6 – Playing with Fire – Katie MacAlister
6/12 – Kushiel's Mercy – Jacqueline Carey
6/17 – Fearless Fourteen – Janet Evanovich
8/1 – Cry Wolf – Patricia Briggs (fast becoming one of my favorite authors)

A Kiss Before the Apocalypse

Hey Amy,
Thanks so much for the kind words about my book's title. Please let me know what you think once you've had a chance to read it. Hopefully a book with such a great title won't disappoint too badly.

Best,

Tom Sniegoski

Re: A Kiss Before the Apocalypse

I read it this weekend and really enjoyed it! Is there more to come with Remy?

Re: A Kiss Before the Apocalypse

Hey,
Cool. I'm glad you liked it. Yep, there's a second book coming in April of 2009, but there will be a novella before that in a collection featuring myself, Jim Butcher, Simon R. Green and another writer that I can't remember. The collection will feature each of our Urban Fantasy detectives doing their thing.

The second Remy novel is called Dancing on the Head of a Pin.

Really glad that you liked the first.

Best,

Tom Sniegoski

Re: A Kiss Before the Apocalypse

I will mark the sequel down for next year and I'll be on the lookout for the novella collection - I love those!

My review of the book will probably be in mid-May or so, I'll have to check with my editor, but I'll let you know when it runs. It will be on thin the Sunday newspaper and on the website, www.newsandsentinel.com.

Re: A Kiss Before the Apocalypse

Thanks so much! I'll be looking forward to reading it. The book just got a great Publisher's Weekly review and I'm tickled.

Let me know when it shows up!

Thanks again.
